Ziwu Road Zhangji Roujiamo

Their Roujiamo with Braised Pork in Gravy is very famous. The outer skin of the mo (Chinese flatbread) is crispy, the meat is chopped finely, the gravy is flavorful, and the combination of fat and lean meat makes it extremely satisfying to eat.

Tips

• The portion of Xi’an food is generally large. It is recommended to order less.
• Even if a lot of Xi’an’s chili oil is added, it won’t be overly spicy. Instead, it will taste更香 (more fragrant).
• It is recommended to choose a place to eat farther away from the scenic area to avoid being overcharged.
